Preparing for Your Visit

To save time at check-in, we encourage you to complete your forms using our secure online Patient Portal. Submitting your information in advance helps us better understand your medical background and ensures your appointment runs smoothly.

Before your visit, please gather:

• Your referral slip and any recent X-rays
• A list of current medications and health history
• Insurance information or self-payment details

If you’re under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you. Patients undergoing IV anesthesia should not eat or drink for eight hours before surgery and must bring an adult to drive them home.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

From the moment you walk in, we aim to help you feel at ease. You’ll be greeted by our friendly front desk team, and we’re always happy to answer questions or provide a quick tour of the office if it helps you feel more comfortable.

Your initial consultation will include a one-on-one conversation with your oral surgeon, a review of your medical and dental history, and a full evaluation of your oral health—including any necessary imaging. We’ll take time to explain your diagnosis, walk through recommended treatment options, and answer any questions you may have. If your case is straightforward, we may be able to complete treatment the same day.
