Dr. Fadi Kosa brings a thoughtful approach to his patients. A Strong Academic Foundation

Raised just north of Delaware in the greater Philadelphia suburbs, Dr. Kosa completed his undergraduate education at Temple University, graduating magna cum laude in biological sciences. He went on to earn his dental degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, also graduating magna cum laude, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. During his time at Temple, he received several prestigious awards, including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Award and the International College of Dentists Leadership Award.

Full-Scope Surgical Experience

Dr. Kosa completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Christiana Care in Delaware, where he trained extensively across all areas of the specialty, including dentoalveolar procedures, dental implants and grafting, facial trauma, TMJ disorders, head and neck pathology, and corrective jaw surgery. As chief resident, he also provided surgical care in underserved communities in Haiti and Honduras—an experience that continues to inform his compassionate and people-centered approach.

Today, his clinical focus includes dental implant surgery, alveolar bone augmentation, and the removal of impacted wisdom teeth. He is especially interested in advancing surgical outcomes through close collaboration with referring dentists and restorative specialists.

Dr. Kosa is a strong proponent of staying at the forefront of innovation in oral surgery. His practice is equipped with advanced digital tools—including CBCT imaging, implant planning software, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, surgical guide fabrication, and 3D printing—all of which support highly accurate, efficient, and comfortable treatment experiences.
